The implementations that pass the conformance suite, with the levels they reach and the draft they passed (conformance levels). The reference server comes first: it is the text's own, and it passes every level.

- Run the suite against your server, at this draft, with a token that holds every scope and its device key
(and anonymously, for a public server):
python3 conformance/run.py https://… --token … --key …. - Add an entry to site/registry.json: its
name, kind(server, client, library),url, licence, language, thedraftit passed, thelevelsthe suite printed, and the day it waschecked. - Open a pull request with the suite's report in its description. Its levels are those the report shows; a client library is listed with the levels of the vectors and checks it passes.
An entry stays while it passes: with a new draft, run the suite again and update its draft.
